Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all UK, CI, IoM and ROI residents excluding the employees and the immediate families of Kerry Foods, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Children under 16 years of age must obtain parental/guardian consent prior to entry.
2. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will be invalid. To enter, please visit www.cheestrings.co.uk and complete, then submit, the online entry form or complete the entry form on Morrison's in-store leaflets and send to 'Cheestrings Smile promotion', PO Box 216, AYLESBURY, HP20 1DD. No purchase necessary.
3. Promotion starts on 19/05/08 and closing date for receipt of all entries is 18/07/08.
4. Only one entry per household allowed. No bulk or third party entries.
5. There is 1 prize of a family holiday to Orlando, Florida. The prize is for 2 x adults (aged 18 or over) and 2 x children (aged under 19) and includes;
   1. Return flights from London Gatwick or Manchester to Orlando.
   2. Car hire for the duration of the holiday including CDW and SLI insurance (All drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driving licence from their country of residence, drivers aged between 21-25 are subject to paying a surcharge locally of $20 per day).
   3. 14 nights accommodation at the First Class Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando in 1 standard room on a room only basis.
   4. 7 day Disney Premium Pass for 2 x adults and 2 x children (under 19).
   5. 3 day pass at Universal Studios 2 x adults and 2 x children (under 19).
   6. Travel needs to be taken in the period July - October 2008 or May - October 2009.
   7. Prize also includes £500 spending money.
   8. Final dates of travel are subject to availability at time of booking.
   9. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that all members of the party hold valid travel documentation, including passports and visas.
6. The prize will be awarded to the entry which provided the most apt and original answer to ‘What makes your family smile?’ in no more than 50 words. The independent judge’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize winner will be verified and notified by post or email with full details of their prize within 28 days of closing date.
8. For the name and county of the winner, along with the winning answer, please send a S.A.E. after closing date to: Cheestrings Smile Competition, PO Box 216, AYLESBURY, HP20 1DD.
9. The winner may be required to take part in any unpaid related publicity.
10. The Promoter will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of entries. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are mis-transmitted, lost, or delayed for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending will not be taken as proof of receipt.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
12. There is no cash or other alternative prize available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative similar prize of equal or greater value. Unless agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize can only be taken by the winner.
13. Except in cases of personal injury or death resulting from the direct negligence of Kerry Foods Ltd, the Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of the prize.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred by an individual relating to any prize received.
15. Images used in the promotional material are indications of the prizes only. All copyright in the entries shall be owned entirely by the Promoter and can be used for any promotional purpose desired by the Promoter.
16. If participants tick the relevant box on the entry form, their personal data will be recorded and retained for internal analysis and future communication by telephone, email or post for either promotional purposes or brand communication. Such data will not be shared with third parties.
